Depending on which one of us you ask, you’re probably going to get a different story about how we met. The actual first time we met, we were thirteen and were introduced by a mutual friend at a high school football game. (Logan doesn’t remember this because I think my feelings were a little one sided back then ha ha). We became friends once we went to the same high school and in tenth grade went on our first date to the movies to see Paul Blart: Mall Cop (We know, we know but it’s a cute movie and we still have it on DVD). Over time we became best friends and started dating our senior year of high school. Since then, we made it through 5 years of long distance in college, many ups and downs and are finally getting to start our lives together. We got engaged at Hyde Park in Pittsburgh and have been having so much fun planning our wedding! Throughout all of this we realized that marriage isn’t the only sacrament we’ll be going through together at St. John’s. We found out that before we even knew each other, we went through our first communion and confirmation together. So we’re thinking that someone up there wants us to be together and we can’t wait to take this next step! Thank you so much for being with us during this exciting time!
